Through the Ceilngs of Hope program our goal is to work with hospitals and benefactors to enhance the care environment of their patients through Ceiling Scenes. We've worked hard to simplify the donation process to make it easy to understand and follow through, so read on to learn how you can donate hope to those in need!

Using our Benefactor form, participating in the donation program is simple. From the largest to smallest donation, every single tile will make positive impact on the care environment of countless patients that come through the hospital every day!

While you complete the Benefactor Form you will be asked to choose a donation level and whether you would like to be added to the
Wall of Hope, our website dedicated to you, the benefactors that make the Ceilings of Hope program possible.

The donation levels with estimated placement are as follows:

After choosing your donation level, simply fax a copy of the form to Ceilings of Hope, and mail a copy along with your donation check to the hospital or foundation of your choice. The bottom portion of the form will be completed by the hospital or foundation. If necessary we will work with them on image and layout selection to find selections that best meet their needs.

Once the order has been placed, Ceiling Scenes will provide a 15% discount, and for a limited time will cover the cost of shipping.
